How can I prep for my hair appointment?

​

Please avoid using drug store shampoo prior to your colour appointment as it may react with our bleach compromising the end result. Please do not wear or bring valuable items.

How long will my appointment be?

Appointment times vary based on the service and will be discussed during consultation.

Cancellation Policy

​

Please note Studio CPB requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation on appointments of 1.5 hours+. If 48 hours notice is not received, there will be a fee of 30% of your full service cost in order to re-book your appointment. Same day no shows may not be scheduled again depending on the circumstance.
